How can I manage my SuperSummary subscription via the App Store or Google Play?

Modified on Fri, Mar 27 at 5:19 PM

If you originally subscribed via the mobile app, you can manage (view, change, cancel, or pause) your SuperSummary subscription directly from your iOS or Android device.

Here are step-by-step instructions for each platform:

For iPhone / iPad (App Store / Apple subscriptions)

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

    • If you don't see "Subscriptions," you might instead go to Settings > iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID, then View Apple ID → Subscriptions.

  4. In your list of subscriptions, find SuperSummary (or the name under which you subscribed) and tap it.

  5. From there, you can Cancel subscription (this stops auto-renewal; you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period).

Notes & tips:

  • Cancelling your subscription does not immediately revoke access—your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period.

  • If you don’t see your SuperSummary subscription listed, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

  • You can also view or cancel subscriptions from a Mac or via iTunes on Windows.

For more information, visit Apple's subscription support page.

For Android devices (Google Play subscriptions)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right).

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.

  4. Locate your SuperSummary subscription in the list and tap it.

  5. You’ll see options such as:

    • Pause payments (if supported)

    • Cancel subscription

    • Change payment method

Notes & tips:

  • Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Google Play itself to stop recurring charges.

  • After canceling, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Google generally does not issue refunds for unused portions, except where required by law.

  • If you cancelled and later want to resume, you can resubscribe via the same interface.
