How to Log In to SuperSummary
- Go to Supersummary.com and click on Log In.
- Enter your email and password, or sign in with Google or Apple if that’s the method you used when you subscribed.
- If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot password link to receive an email with reset instructions.
- Once logged in, you’ll see our homepage and can start enjoying our library.
How to Confirm You're Logged In
- You’ll know you're logged in correctly when you see your initials in the upper right corner and the download button is enabled in Study Guides.
Important: If You Paid but Can’t Access Your Account
- Reset Your Password: Even if you’re sure your password is correct, resetting it may resolve login issues. Try setting a new password and logging in again. Reset your password here.
- Check Your Inbox: Search your email for a confirmation message from SuperSummary. If you have been charged but haven’t received a welcome email, there may have been a typo in the email address used to create your account.
- Contact Support: If you suspect a typo or aren’t sure which email you signed up with, reach out to support@supersummary.com with your name and the last 4 digits of your card so we can help locate your account.
- Try an Alternative Sign-In Method: If you subscribed with a Gmail account, you can log in using Google Sign-in. If you signed up with Apple, try Sign in with Apple instead.
